Last week we undertook an inspection of 2nr modular buildings which are currently under construction in a factory environment. Once these land on site, practical completion of the project will follow only 2 weeks after!

We are delighted to confirm our appointment as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to a project to convert and extend a barn into a high-quality residence. Grade II listed and located in a conservation area we look forward to seeing work commence on site in the spring!

Our new office in Lincoln got some welcome additions this week with the installation of signage and a new entrance mat! If you are in the area and want to pop in for a coffee to see the new space, please get in touch!

We took part in the Annual Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children UK last week and we are all now feeling very festive!

Great to see the cladders now on site and works progressing internally with 1st fix M&E and floor slabs going in. This project is transforming a poor brownfield site in to an industrial estate with 7nr high quality units.

We always appreciate when we get great feedback from a client that we are supporting on an ongoing basis – TanRo! We provide Estimating and Quantity Surveying support to a number of contractors and getting feedback like this is always welcome!

The new sports hall at LGS Stoneygate is nearing completion, We are close to Practical Completion and the school are looking forward to the pupils being able to enjoy the new facility in the new year!
