Working with BRP Architects we have recently advised on the costs to extend existing Padel court facilities with the introduction of an additional outside court and 2nr inside courts. Hosted by Insider Media industry and political leaders across the key sectors of Defence & Tech, Agritech & Food and Infrastructure discussed their plans for investment and the challenges that need to be overcome.

We are pleased to confirm our appointment as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor to the ‘Homer House’ project in Lincoln. LEAP Housing will be refurbishing three floors of the building into 15nr affordable flats. Working with STEM Architects we look forward to going out to tender in February!

Last week we undertook an inspection of 2nr modular buildings which are currently under construction in a factory environment. Once these land on site, practical completion of the project will follow only 2 weeks after!
