We enjoyed a team meal out celebrating a number of birthdays today! Malcolm, Josh, Dan and Steve! Always nice to get the team together and we had a lovely meal at The Griffin Inn, Swithland as always!

Directors Chris Hunt and Dan Garfoot attended Team Lincolnshire’s summer soirée at Doddington Hall. Yesterday afternoon was the Leicestershire Women in Construction lunch at Belvoir castle! Earlier this week Simon and Gemma were invited to the LGS Stoneygate new Sports Hall Open day! It was great to see the finished article, meet the students who are going to be using this new facility and be part of the open day! We were pleased to support on this project alongside the rest of the project teams.

We were pleased to attend the opening of Jollyes Pets new store in Lincoln on Friday! Having worked with the Property Team recently on a re-procurement exercise to support the delivery of their store expansion programme.

Well done to Paul Huteson our latest raffle winner and he came to our new Lincoln office to collect his prize!

Another great event by Team Lincolnshire with the UKREiFF 2026 launch dinner earlier this week to highlight the investment opportunities with the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority. We heard from Julian Free, Ruth Carver, Tony Reynolds, Naomi’s Garden Conductive Education, Cat Hall and Kevin Kendall. The migration of the construction and property sector in to Leeds is nearly here!

We are pleased to welcome Steve Fleming as our first recruit in to our Lincoln office. With experience predominantly in retail working with the likes of Asda and JD Sports, Steve will bolster our retail offering and assist with a growing workload out of Lincoln.

We enjoyed our visit to GRO Retail 2026! Some interesting insights in to the challenges of estate growth and hearing who is pushing hard out there. Of course AI was a big topic concerning developments in online shopping and the younger generations shopping habits!
