We are pleased to confirm our appointment by Reim Capital as Development Monitoring Surveyor. The project being the conversion of a period property in to flats within a Liverpool suburb.

Addison Hunt are pleased to announce the joining of Gemma Storer. A senior QS with experience working as an Employers Agent, Gemma is also an expert user of digital QS technologies. Gemma will champion the roll out of Costx within Addison Hunt. Ensuring all staff are supported through a bespoke training programme, placing Costx central to our QS activities.

We wish to welcome Abbie Smith-Dolan to the company. Bringing 5 years of experience with residential developers Abbie is looking forward to working on a diverse range of projects for both Employers and Contractors. Addison Hunt will also be supporting Abbie through a part time QS degree,

We are pleased to secure on behalf of MAP Excavations Ltd the works with Hightown Group to extend a former car dealership which is to be occupied by the retailer Boohoo.

We continue to assist our clients with estimating services and have recently secured the above projects.

A mural to local legend “Johnie” Johnson has been completed to the gable end wall of our offices. Air Vice Marshall James Edgar “Johnie” Johnson flew more than 700 combat missions and shot down 38 enemy aircraft. This made him the top scoring RAF pilot of World War 2.

1st February 2021 marks our 5th birthday. Thank you to Kirkmans Kitchen for making our birthday cake. We can confirm it tastes as good as it looks!
