Refurbishment works undertaken by Nottingham Developments Ltd are progressing nicely for our client, Liversage Trust at their site on Alice Street, Derby, which comprise of a ground floor workshop and an upper floor office space, as well as external works.

We are delighted to be delivering our Quantity Surveying services alongside the broader team, including Matthew Montague Architects.

Works are due to be completed at the beginning of Spring 2024.
