Addison Hunt is pleased to be continuing Quantity Surveying support to Bode Contracting LTD on Elevate Property Group’s Silk Yard scheme.  

Phase one of the project will provide 94 apartments, with a total of 258 apartments to be delivered. 

Progress at the site continues at pace, with the steel frame now being erected, and we look forward to completion in early 2024.
