The Generator in Loughborough is a significant regeneration project which will see the transformation of a 1930s building, which once housed an Electricity Generator for Loughborough College.
Now onsite, works are turning this property into a creative hub for the town, with a multi-media arts space for community art, live performances, and a venue to hold events and celebrations.
Quantity surveyor Dawid has been onsite this week and is pleased to see the progression of works, including the glazing of the roof and insulation.
