After supporting with QS & PM services through the feasibility and planning stages, we are pleased to see this scheme given approval at committee.

This new purpose-built hub for Clipstone Mines Welfare Community Trust will deliver a new community pavilion (bar, kitchen, and changing facilities), a Step 5-suitable 3G stadia pitch, a full-size grass pitch, a 9-wicket grass cricket pitch, practice nets, and a multi-use sport area.

The scheme has been designed for sustainability, securing the future growth of the clubs while providing vital facilities for the local community.
