Busy day week for out team outings this week with Matt and Simon attending the ProCon Biodiversity Net Gain Update at the King Power Stadium in Leicester.

Thanks to guest speakers from Freether, Willmott Dixon, Pick Everard, Leicester City Coucil and Lucion.

Matt and Simon heard insights into how the Biodiversity Regulations have affected development since its implementation in January 2024, and listened to lessons learnt.

Jess had a great time at the LoCal Homes factory tour and site visit with Excelsior Land. She experienced a real insight into the MMC way of building and was able to go into a house made in the same way.
