Bid Coordinator

As part of our public sector growth plans we are recruiting a Bid Coordinator to assist with the bid process, company accreditations and compliance.

Ideally you should live within a 45 minute commute of our office in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

The right candidate will be capable of undertaking a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Reviewing bid documents
  • Coordinating bids from start to submission
  • Development of bid content
  • Formatting of document templates to a high presentable standard
  • Updating the internal database of case studies, staff profiles and other documents
  • Assisting with the adoption of industry standards that will benefit Addison Hunt’s bids
  • Review of win/no win bids to identify areas of improvement/development
  • Working in support of other aspects of the business

As a Bid Coordinator you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in writing quality bid material
  • Excellent literacy and proof reading skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to deliver to deadlines
  • A proactive and ‘team player’ approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills

You will work directly with the Directors but have the autonomy to manage and prioritise your own workload to achieve the required deadlines.
